
Richard Mahony, Practice Leader, Enterprise Richard Mahony is Ovum's Enterprise practice leader, managing the Enterprise telco analysis team with a focus on ICT management and supplier selection services. Richard calls on 12 years of industry experience to advise both telcos and enterprises. His telco experience includes competitor profiling, conducting market proposition assessments and developing business cases for emerging technologies. He has also undertaken a number of assignments helping telcos shape their next-generation network strategies and enterprise services. Through close work with MNCs Richard has developed an in-depth understanding of enterprise IT and communications management. He has advised blue-chip organisations on how to define their communications requirements, developing ICT strategies and improving operational efficiency through business process re-engineering and best practice supplier management. He has also worked on some of Europe's largest private and public sector contracts, where roles have included commercial negotiation, supplier selection and supplier performance analysis. Richard has a BA in Business Studies, an MA in Marketing and a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
