Dr Cynthia Leung, Senior Analyst

Cynthia is a senior analyst working from Ovum's office in Hong Kong, focusing on the service infrastructure markets in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 10 years of experience in the telecoms industry working for multinationals and large corporations, she specialises in service platforms for IMS, SDP, IN, realtime charging and the related telecoms technologies and markets.

Prior to joining Ovum, Cynthia was a principal telecom solution consultant at Hewlett-Packard, technical support manager at Sun Microsystems, systems engineering manager at NMS Asia and senior engineer at New T&T in Hong Kong.

Cynthia graduated with a PhD in Electronics from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia, researching into high-frequency microelectronic materials and devices. She also holds an MSc in Physics from the University of New South Wales and a BSc in Computing.
